Students in grades 9-12 are admitted to the program; preference is given to students who have previously dropped out of WCHS or are at-risk of dropping out. Staff will actively work to contract and re-enroll withdrawn WCS students. Students are given the opportunity to begin/ continue earning credits with the goal of:
1) returning to WCHS;
2) transition to the AIMS program, or;
3) Learn basic skills/ credits in the core subjects to build a stronger educational foundation.
Students in this program will receive social group interventions to help be successful in the future. They also participate in vocational activities to help them begin thinking about their future and why school is important.
