Regina has achieved proficiency level scores in reading and listening through Warsaw Adult Education’s ELL (English language learners) program. Jennifer Burley has been her teacher through this process. Regina has put in many hours in the classroom and has been a great helper and encouraging to fellow students along the way. We are so excited and proud of Regina’s accomplishment!
