Mr. Schaefer's Honors Earth Science II class today calculated earthquake epicenters.
The activity combined using math skills, geography skills, mapping skills, their newly acquired knowledge of how earthquake waves travel and a dash of critical thinking!
The epicenters were determined based upon data from numerous seismograph stations.
