Warsaw Community Schools

Warsaw Community Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications.

ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number. We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified. Contact info feeds directly from PowerSchool (keep contact info up to date in order to ensure that you receive all communication).

If you are NOT a parent and you’d like to sign-up to receive text or email alerts about delays and cancellations, sign up by clicking the image below.

If you ARE a parent and you’re having trouble, please call 574-371-5098 so we can troubleshoot your account!  

• Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification 
• Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm 
• Communicate in your preferred language
• Comment on school postings to engage with your school community
• Direct message teachers, staff and other parents
• Participate in group messages
• Sign up for parent-teacher conferences
• Send payments, sign forms & permission slips, receive report cards, sign up to volunteer 
• and more all from your desktop or mobile device!

Parents are encouraged to create a Parent Square account to take full advantage of this communications tool. Also, please download the app from the App Store or Google Play for your cell phone/device.

You can go into your settings to determine notifications and if you want to receive immediate messages or a digest at the end of the day.
