WCS is excited to partner with Tammy Smith, the new Community Development Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Northeast Indiana.
With years of experience and expertise, Tammy is on a mission to “create a larger number of long-lasting, one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of you.”
BBBS is a community based program where Bigs and Little spend a few hours twice a month together enjoying normal activities like going out to eat, playing catch, etc.
The School Buddies Program is where Bigs and Littles meet once a week during the academic year to hang out, eat lunch, play games, etc.
The Big Futures Program is for high school aged Littles to build a friendship that is focused on post-secondary options including college, career, trade, or military.
