Our purpose at Lakeview Middle School is to ensure that ALL students are learning at high levels through an intentional, collaborative, and purposeful commitment in ensuring our students will achieve the mission statement of Warsaw Community Schools.  Through this shared purpose, our collective commitment as a school is to ensure that the learning and the well being of the whole child is first and foremost in every decision that we make for our students.  This will be done through the PLC Framework and the RTI at Work model focusing on the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional learning of ALL our students.  We will meet the needs of our diverse student body through a strategic focus in the areas of expertise, adaptability, empathy, and inclusivity.
