Buses are a Comin' : Memoirs of a Freedom Rider. Former Edgewood teacher Richard Rooker is publishing his first book. Charles Person is one of two surviving Freedom Riders from 1961. This tells his story of courage, service and sacrifice. The book is available on Amazon
Food Drive Results: 17,737 items collected, 175 family boxes created and delivered, 5,000 items donated to Combined Community Services, Our Father's House, and Beaman Home. $500 each to Combined Community Services and Our Father's House. Thanks to all for your help!
Only in 2020 - a group of four students gave their National History Day speech. Two students were present in class, the other two joined by Google Meet so they could do their part!
