AP and Dual Credit
WCS saves the community over $4.5 million in tuition on a yearly basis by offering AP and dual credit. More than 115 dual credit and AP courses are offered at the high school and career center.

We offer a range of programs, including special education, English language development, gifted education, and counseling services to support diverse student needs.
We also have five STEM-certified buildings (Claypool, Jefferson, Madison, Washington and Edgewood), two Leader-in-Me buildings (Harrison and Lincoln) and four buidings that offer Spanish Dual Language Immersion (Eisenhower, Leesburg, Lakeview and Warsaw Community High School).

Safety is our top priority. We have secure campus entry points, regular emergency drills, and on-site staff trained in emergency response. Our visitor management system ensures that all guests are signed in and monitored.

WCS will communicate all delay and cancellation info through Parent Square (text, email and app) notification (WCS's primary communication tool) and social media pages. Find more about our delay and cancelation information procedures here.

Registration is straightforward and can be done online or in person at the school office. Required documents include proof of residence, birth certificate and immunization records.

We welcome family involvement! Parents can volunteer in classrooms, join the PTO, participate in family nights or attend school events. Your involvement strengthens our school community and supports your child's learning experience.

Technology is integrated to enhance learning, with resources such as interactive whiteboards, iPads and educational software that support students' digital literacy and engagement. WCS also has five state-certified STEM Schools with fully-equipped STEM labs.
