Immediate Release: Zimmer Biomet Honored by Warsaw Schools During Halftime Recognition

Warsaw, IN – Warsaw Community Schools (WCS) recognized Zimmer Biomet and the Zimmer Biomet Foundation during the Tiger basketball game against Marion High School on Tuesday, February 10.
The recognition took place during halftime, where Superintendent Dr. David Hoffert was joined by members of the Zimmer Biomet team to highlight the partnership between WCS and Zimmer Biomet and the Zimmer Biomet Foundation's support of WCS STEM initiatives.
“WCS is grateful for the community partnership with Zimmer Biomet,” said Superintendent Dr. Hoffert. “Both of our organizations share a strong commitment to our students and to the success of our local community. Zimmer Biomet, along with the Zimmer Biomet Foundation, is instrumental in providing resources for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) materials and programs, as well as support for internships, industry mentors and volunteers within our schools. WCS continues to be a leader in STEM education because of this ongoing partnership.”
Zimmer Biomet’s involvement supports hands-on learning experiences that connect classroom instruction to real-world applications, giving students exposure to STEM opportunities, career pathways and valuable industry insight.
Warsaw Community Schools was proud to honor Zimmer Biomet and the Zimmer Biomet Foundation for their roles in helping Warsaw students grow, explore and prepare for life beyond graduation.
